Some stores try to sell you everything. We built Willow & Wren to do the opposite.
We started Willow & Wren with one simple belief: getting dressed should feel good, not overwhelming. Women's fashion is a crowded space — full of fast trends, confusing sizing, and pieces that lose their shape after three washes. We were tired of it, and we figured a lot of other women were too.
So we built something different. Willow & Wren is a curated women's fashion store focused on one thing: pieces that actually work in real life. Things you'll reach for on a Saturday morning, wear to dinner, pack for a weekend away, and still like six months later. No throwaway trends. No endless catalogue to scroll through. Just a focused selection of clothing that earns its place in your wardrobe.
What we sell
We specialise in women's fashion — dresses, blouses and tops, knitwear and cardigans, jackets and coats, trousers and skirts, two-piece sets, footwear, bags and jewellery — with a particular focus on effortless, elevated everyday style.
Our range leans into comfortable fabrics, relaxed silhouettes and colours that mix and match without effort. Most of our pieces sit between $50 and $130 AUD, because we believe style shouldn't require a luxury budget.
We also carry a comfort footwear range: cushioned footbeds, stable soles and easy fastenings, designed for women who want to be on their feet all day without thinking about their shoes. These are comfort-focused everyday shoes — not medical or therapeutic products, and we don't market them as such.
Who we sell to
We sell exclusively to women in Australia. Every piece in our range is selected with the Australian customer in mind — her climate, her lifestyle, her wardrobe. We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post and don't currently ship internationally.
Who runs this store
Willow & Wren Melbourne is operated by Adecom, a business registered in Bad Nauheim, Germany. We're a small operation — not a large retail group — and we'd rather tell you that upfront than pretend otherwise.
Our name reflects the customer we build for and the style we curate, not a shopfront you can walk into. There is no physical Willow & Wren store. We're an online-only retailer, and everything we sell reaches you by post.

How we work
We don't hold our own warehouse stock. Instead, we work with a small number of selected manufacturing and fulfilment partners, and each order is prepared and dispatched after you place it.
That's the honest reason our delivery window is 8–12 business days rather than next-day: your order isn't sitting on a shelf in Sydney waiting to be picked. It's prepared for you, quality-checked, and sent tracked via Australia Post.
We think that trade-off is worth being clear about. It's what lets us keep prices where they are, and it means we're not sitting on unsold stock that ends up discounted into landfill. But if you need something tomorrow, we're not the right store for that — and we'd rather say so than disappoint you at checkout.
What you can expect from us
Free delivery, always. Free standard shipping across Australia with Australia Post on every order, with no minimum spend. Processing takes 1–3 business days, delivery 8–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
30 days to change your mind. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Just email us first so we can send you the correct return address and instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping — that's on us, not you.
Honest sizing help. Every product page carries a size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us your measurements and the piece you're considering and we'll give you a straight recommendation, even if that means telling you a particular style won't work for you.
Secure payment. All payments run through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — delivery included, no surprise fees on arrival.
Real replies from real people. Email us and a person answers, Monday to Friday, usually within 24–48 hours.
