Processing & Handling Time
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday–Friday, to begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: 8–12 business days
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Australia: we offer free Australia Post shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

- Proceed to checkout and enter accurate shipping details.
- Continue to shipping and payment.
- Complete your order using one of the available payment methods.

Shipping & Fulfilment
We process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. To maintain fair pricing, shipments may be consolidated before dispatch. This approach helps reduce costs and improve overall logistics efficiency.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to: high demand, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at hello@willowren-melbourne.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
