Processing & Handling Time
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, to begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Australia:
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We offer free Australia Post shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Process
- Visit the product page and add your desired item(s) to your cart.
- Ensure all selected variants are correct.
- Proceed to checkout and enter accurate shipping details.
- Continue to shipping and payment.
- Complete your order using one of the available payment methods.
Available payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shipping & Fulfilment
Our products are sent from our fulfilment partners and delivered to you within Australia by Australia Post. We process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, and shipments may be consolidated before dispatch to help keep costs and prices down.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at hello@willowren-melbourne.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.
Duties & Taxes
Any applicable duties and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when your parcel is delivered.
